Join us for the next monthly meeting of d@w-WashingtonDC. Join us for our Monthly d@w-DC Action Group as we discuss: Capitalism has Failed Workers - Enabling Worker Coops
As working people, we all feel alienated at our jobs as we are limited in our ability to apply our creativity, intelligence, and social vision in enterprises we do not own or control. In addition, workers' rights are in continuous danger of being stripped away by federal and state administrations' corporation friendly, anti-labor policies. Traditional capitalist corporations are more concerned about profits and growth than they are about the welfare of workers, our families, and our communities.

Join us as we explore an alternative world where workers in an enterprise collectively function as our own bosses, our own board of directors. In such enterprises, workers can collectively make decisions not only for what we produce and what we earn, but also for the welfare of the communities which we are part of.
