d@w-Providence Monthly Meeting: What is a Worker Co-op?

Democracy at Work - Providence (d@w-Providence) is having it's next monthly meeting!

Economic challenges, flat wages, job losses, declining unions, and outsourcing are hurting people in our state and nation. Worker owned and managed businesses are emerging as an answer to these problems.

WHEN: Tuesday, January 8th, 2018 from 6pm-7pm

WHERE: Warwick Central Library
600 Sandy Ln, Warwick, RI 02889

WHAT: What is a Worker Co-op? We will talk about economic democracy, new economies and how you can have more control over your life.

If you can't make this one, additional talks will be held:

February 11th - Woonsocket Public Library
303 Clinton Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895
7PM

March 19th - Pawtucket Public Library
13 Summer St, Pawtucket, RI 02860
6pm

All are welcome!
