d@w-Providence Monthly Meeting: What is a Worker Co-op?

This meeting was originally scheduled for Monday Feb 11, but was cancelled due to weather. It has now been rescheduled to Wednesday, Feb 13.

Democracy at Work - Providence is having their next meeting!

Economic challenges, flat wages, job losses, declining unions, and outsourcing are hurting people in our state and nation. Worker owned and managed businesses are emerging as an answer to these problems.

WHERE: Woonsocket Public Library
303 Clinton Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895

WHAT: What is a Worker Co-op? We will talk about economic democracy, new economies and how you can have more control over your life.

If you can't make this one, additional talks will be held:

March 19th - Pawtucket Public Library
13 Summer St, Pawtucket, RI 02860
6pm

All are welcome!
