Are you a teacher and wish to use any of our books in your classroom?
Teachers can request educational copies of our books (also known as desk copies or examination copies).
To get paperback educator copies...
Step 1: Make a $12.00 donation (per book) through our donation page, to help cover the cost of printing, shipping, and handling. You will be emailed a receipt of your donation.
Step 2: Email maria[at]democracyatwork.info with the following information:
- Letterhead request via email (contact us using your edu email address, or using school stationary);
- A copy of your donation receipt;
- Which book or books you're assigning to your class;
- The course name, number and date which the book will be used in;
- School shipping address to send the book to (*If your school is currently closed, also provide an alternative address).
Our books are printed on demand, and we will select the most economical shipping option. Thus, delivery of the book could take 2-4 weeks.
To get a digital copy...
If you can't wait for a paperback, we can accommodate you with a watermarked and password protected pdf.
