Kateri Gutierrez is Co-Founder of Collective Avenue Coffee, Los Angeles’s first worker-owned cooperative cafe. She spearheads the business strategy and organizational design of the company and runs the internship program to educate young adults on entrepreneurship. Kateri believes in the power of collaborative growth and works with local entrepreneurs and young leaders to improve their communities through the worker cooperative movement.
